Hello there,

We are suddenly seeing a wierd behavior where anyone that tries to open a WI from the web interface gets the following message.

"Error fetching or storing Work Item <id>|Details: Error opening work item. assertion failed:"

On the native client, the search on any WI behaves the same. However, I can run a query and then clicking on the WI opens it just fine.

Has anyone seen this before, any help will be greatly appreciated.

This seems similar to https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=79494
but could you provide stacktrace from <Jazz>/server/logs/jazz.log ? Do you use version 1.0 or version 2.0
