Can we able to Post HTML data to our ALM ???

I am trying to post the html string of 1 table which can be posted in Discussion tab and shown as a real HTML table with certain data .
after using "content-type : application/x-oslc-cm-change-request+json"  , I am getting the data posted in the discussion tab but as a plain text only.

And if I use  "content-type : text/html"  then it is throwing and HTTPError as " requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 415 Client Error: Unsupported Media Type for url: https://rb-ubk-clm-06.de.bosch.com:9443/ccm/oslc/workitems/94847/rtc_cm:comments "  

I just wanted to know that whether our ALM is able to accpet the html data or not .
If YES , then please guide me how can I achieve the above functionality.
