You're going to have to be a LOT more detailed than this. For a start, what products are you talking about?

DOORS Classic or ELM? Is it on premises or SaaS?

When you say 'supplier environment' what do you mean? Is it your supplier's instance? If that's the case then it's out of your hands and they need to agree to do this.

I'm going to assume that you're talking about ELM and an on premises installation. This is a multi step process:
 - you first need to set up a directory server that supports MFA and create the users with the same user IDs. If your current server supports MFA then great.
- you then need to integrate the standard ELM with a Jazz Authorisation Server (JAS), which is a step that can't be undone. Once you pass authentication over to JAS it's there forever.
 - you then need, as part of this, to enable JAS to use your directory server above and to delegate authentication to it.
 - you then turn on MFA on the directory server
