How can i add subcomponent during project initialization phase

Hello Team,
When i am creating a new project area in EWM using some process template as a base, so i am also trying to initialize some basic project setup like components
Process configuration -> Project Area Initialization -> Setup Project(under Server follow-ups action) -> Components
Here i have added some components, but it does not give me option to add sub component 
Is it possible to do so i.e. to add subcomponents during project setup phase ?

 There were no subcomponents, when this feature was developed. I doubt there is such a capability.  If I want a complex setup, I would likely use the Plain Java Client Libraries and create a tool to setup the project areas. The workshop setup tool attached to https://jazz.net/library/article/1000 would be my starting point. It gets a process template, creates a project area and several SCM components and more.

@Ralph, Thanks for answering my query, complex step is known, but we just thought of clarifying whether there is any other easy steps to achieve this But many thanks for your answer :)
