Rename change set Doors Next Gen

Osvaldo Diaz (211) | asked Dec 18 '23, 1:22 p.m.

  Hello c:

I would like to know if it is possible re name a delivered change set?

I'm looking for the option but I couldn't find it and  I'm not sure if it is because I don't have the necessary rights or because not is possible.

I hope that some one can help me.
Regards and thanks for the support !

Yes, you can rename a change set. Open the change set. Then click on the change set name and type in the name you want.

As far as I can tell, you can not modify a delivered change set's name. You seem to be able to add links, otherwise no, as far as I can tell.

Thank you so much Ralph.

Unfortunately I needed to modify the name of a delivered change set due to I used the wrong Jira ticket ID and delete it not is a good option.

It could be great that in a future you can edit it.
With the migration to the IBM HoS environment there are not a lot of solutions for many issues :c

There are different assumptions about what should be modifiable in auditable data. Too bad it affects your use case.
