I am a IBM HATS Application developer, supporting their existing HATS projects. The initial HATS Application development used Rational RAD 7.5 and HATS 7.5 (HATS Web, not Rich Client Projects), and it was deployed in WebSphere Application Server traditional V7.0. It was maintained through ongoing IT support operations.
Now, the client has advised us to use the latest available Rational tools. I downloaded RAD 9.5, HATS 9.5, and WebSphere Application Server traditional V7.0. I imported the HATS project from the ClearCase Server into the local workspace, and then it prompted a "Migrate Project" alert. I simply opened the HATS Projects view, right-clicked on the project, and selected "Migrate Project" using the HATS Migration wizard.
However, I encountered a bunch of errors. I looked at the errors shown in the Problems view, and I noticed the following: <%@ taglib uri="hats.tld" prefix="HATS" %> - "Can not find the tag library descriptor for 'hats.tld'."
Additionally, I observed that some methods, such as getPromptInfo() and getScreenOrientation(), are not found in the MacroPromptContainer class under hatscommon.jar.
If anyone can guide me in the right direction, it would be highly appreciated.
