API to deliver the DNG changeset using custom option from one stream to another

 Hello,


Do we have any API's to deliver the changeset using the custom option , where we can choose the required changesets and deliver them. Our use case it to deliver the required changes from stream to its substream in the same component.

Unfortunately the DOOES Next specific API for delivering change sets is poorly documented and insufficient information is provided to allow clients to safely consume that API.
