Change Owner of all Public Reports in Report Builder using REST API
I am trying to Add more owners to all Public reports in Report Builder.

Body is copied from the web console's request for Save of the Report definition, which is also the same PUT as mentioned above.
403 Error with CRRGW5323E%20The%20requested%20operation%20is%20forbidden.
Please guide me with REST API to change the owner of the Public Reports.
