Set template for View Layout for Plans

Vincent Huynh (14697) | asked Dec 10 '09, 9:34 p.m.
Is there a way to customize the View Layout for plans so that if I create multiple Team Release Plans (for instance..), they all have the same view layouts? I have tried Duplicating the plan, but the new views revert back to the default.
I have also tried modifying the Plan Modes in the process configuration, but was not able to successfully implement it. Once I promote a view, it doesn't allow me to modify it again...
Is there a doc out there somewhere which shows how to do this?

Any advice/pointers would be very appreciated!

Thx in advance,
Vince-

Which release are you using? In the most recent 2.0.0.2 release, when I
make a copy of a plan, the view layout is duplicated (i.e. it does not
revert back to the defaults).

Cheers,
Geoff
