"Error loading source" when importing Word document into DOORS?
I've spent half an a day on this and answered my own question.
I kept getting the error message "Error loading source" when importing a Word document in docx format into DOORS NG (version 6.0.6.1 plus patch iFix020).
Of course DOORS gave me no more information, and even when I hassled my IT Manager to find RM.LOG the errors reported there were all red herrings! I went through the various fixes that Google could find - leading spaces etc - but nothing worked.
Finally I discovered that I had to do both of
Then save. After this I could import the document without error.
