2.0.0.1 iFix1 not showing in RQM

Jon Walton (263) | asked Dec 10 '09, 4:55 a.m.
I have installed 2.0.0.1 iFix1 and it correctly shows as installed when I view installed packages in the Installation Manager, but when I view the server details in RQM it does not show the iFix.

I have tried resetting the server cache again by using https://server_name:port_number/jazz/admin/cmd/requestReset, but this hasn't helped.

Any ideas?

Hi Jon,
requestReset followed by a server restart should definitely "flush" the system and get the new iFix active when you start back up.
What is the version and build id that you see for RQM when you go to Help->About?
Thanks,
John

Hi Jason,

It says 2.0.0.1 I20091123_1429.

But when I view the Installed Packages in Installation Manager it says V 2.0.0.1 iFix001 Standard Edition (2.0.1.20091123_1729).

Thanks
Jon

Great - you're all set. The build id includes the date it was built, which in this case was November 23rd, 2009. The last part (which differs) is the timestamp. That discrepancy results from packaging of the build, and to be honest I forgot the subtle difference between those two ids. The important part to look at is the date.
Sorry for the confusion.

But why would the Installation Manager show a different timestamp than the RQM web client?
