RTC and Assyst Incident Management

has anybody tried to integrate RTC with Assyst "Help Desk and Incident Management" (an Axios solution for Help Desk and IT Service Management)? When I say "integrate", I mean that the work item in RTC is generated directly inserting an Incident in Assyst... Thank you Laura |
