How are "Problems detected" calculated on Plans?

Julie Rotter (3866) | asked Dec 08 '09, 3:29 p.m.
We are using RTC 2.0.0.1 for this project. While looking at the current iteration in the plan editor, it is reporting "Problems detected". The iteration is set to end on 12/10. The work items in the pop-up for the problems are listed as: The work item is planned to be completed on Dec 11, 2009, while the iteration ends on Dec 10, 2009." Looking at the work item, I see no field that indicated it is planned to be completed on 12/11... how is RTC calculating that? How do we fix the "problem"?

Thanks for the help,
Julie

The planned completion date is computed based on the sequence of work
items, their estimates, and the available time of their owner.

For instance, a contributor works 8hrs a day, has three 8hr work items
left, but the iteration ends in 2 days. In such a case above warning is
emitted.
