Why I get this error as Artifact Format not permitted - only "Text" formats allowed after importing the .xlsx file??

The fact there is only text in your spreadsheet (xls/xlsx or CSV) doesn't matter - what matters is that on each row the Artifact Type you specify is of format Text. If you've used an Artifact Type that is format Diagram, Collection or Module you'll get this error. Check the format by going to the project or component's gear icon->Project/Component properties, and in the Artifact Type tab check the format of each artifact type you've named in the spreadsheet column Artifact Type.
Only you can see what your spreadsheet contains in the Artifact Type column, and what the format is of the types you mention there - make sure they're all Text. The picture above shows the options for Format - don't change this, make sure to use types that are already of format Text.
