Is it possible to switch out Floating or Token type Client Access License Activation keys while tokens are checked out.

We have 3 ELM systems; 1 production system and 2 test environments.  The production system is 6.0.5 (upgrading within the month).  The test systems are 6.0.6.1 and 7.0.2.  These test systems point to our 6.0.5 license server for tokens.  Shortly after installing and configuring our 7.0.2 system, I pointed it at our production system to use those licenses.  I attempted to navigate to a RM project area in 7.0.2 and received an error that the licenses were not compatible.  After speaking to our IBM account Rep and submitting a PMR we got confirmation that the v7.0 Floating or Token type client Access license Activation keys are compatible with our 6.0.5 and 6.0.6.1 systems.

Basically my question here is:  Can I swap the client Access license keys (the jar files) while the system is in use and users have checked tokens out?  I would ask the IBM support engineer on our open PMR, but we're located in the US (Eastern Standard Time) and their schedule is Australian Eastern Standard Time and when I type questions there, I typically don't get an answer until the next day.

Thanks in advance!
