Attribute read-only for role 'Tester'

I would like to configure an attribute that role 'Tester' are able to read but not to edit.


Some document say that I have to use 'Script Based Validation' to perform this action but I don't know exactly how to do it.

Could you please guide me and show me a code.

ps. I only have IBM Engineering Workflow Management Client 7.0

 You can use the permissions mechanism https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/elm/7.0.3?topic=permissions- and define - per role - what attributes this role can update. You do not need a script based validation. If you want to learn more about these aspects see https://jazz.net/library/article/1093
