I have created table element with multiple rows containing data, I wanted to know how to iterate over rows based on parent row data.

If the row is within the query context, row will be repeated based on the number of records returned by the query. Otherwise, you can insert the Row (or inner table) within an Iteration element (that iterates based on Do while condition).
