Query TCERs byTSER via API

Hi!

We are working with ETM 7.0.2 and we would like to query related TCERs by a TSER via API (RQM API and Reportable REST API). In the jazz wiki we have not found a direct relation between those items, but in the UI we can directly see a relation between them.

How can we achieve this?
