How to open the DNG Component with Open change-set by default?

Hello,

is there any settings we can make for opening the DNG Component always with already existing open change-set?

We observed that sometimes it open with existing open change-set and sometimes with the Stream instead of the open change-set, So user need to always switch to open change-set manually.

RM Version - 6.0.6.1, iFix018
