Can RTC 5.02 run on SLES 15?

We are in the process of a long overdue upgrade from RTC 5.02 to ELM 7.03
We are running Jazz Team Server and Change and Configuration Management with DB2 running on a separate server.
Both servers are at SLES 11 SP4 so the first step in the process is an OS upgrade.
My first question is:  Can RTC 5.02 run on SLES 15 or do we have to go to SLES 12 SP4 first?

As an update - we successfully upgraded our RTC server machine to SLES 15 and RTC 5.02 came up with no issues.  So the answer is:  Yes, RTC 5.02 can run on SLES 15.

Now on to upgrading to 6.0.6.1 and then to 7.02...  ( 7.03 is too new so will go with 7.02 for now)

 If you go to the RTC 5.0.2 release notes which are still on jazz.net you can go to the system requirements. See https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/5.0.2?p=releaseNotes

Thanks for this link and for your answer.  I know 5.0.2 is way older that SLES 15 which came out in 2018 so I guess I can surmise that 5.0.2 will  not work on it (nor will it work on SLES 12 SP4 based on the release notes). 
I guess we have to upgrade to RTC 6.0.6.1 first and then do the OS upgrade (either to SLES 12 SP4 or SLES 15) and then upgrade to ELM 7.0.3
I will  need to look at the release notes for 6.0.6.1 to see if it works with SLES 15...
