Cannot see Build Reports

Dac Lan Khanh Nguyen (41186) | asked Jan 18 '08, 11:57 a.m.
I am using Team Concert Beta2a. I would like to see the reports on Build Health. But the Team Area and Build Definition boxes are empty.

I created some build definitions and did some builds a few days ago. I didn't stop my server. I suppose the data warehouse is updated once a day. So I don't know why I don't have any information about Team Area and Build Definition for Build Reports.

I tried to do "Administer Data Warehouse" manunally in Web UI by clicking on "Update All Snapshot Data". I did again the Build Reports. There is always no information about Team Area and Build Definition.

If I clicked on "Shared Reports > Source Control > Project Activity", I can see some information in the Team Area box.

Any help will be appreciated !

I am having the same problem, and I've also done the administration to no avail.

Hi,

1. Yes, the data warehouse is indeed updated once a day.
2. Is it possible the build definitions were manually or automatically
deleted before the snapshot happened, or do they still exist today?
3. The Project Activity report doesn't operate on the Build snapshot
data - it operates on the SCM snapshot data, which is built once a day
from all available Streams. But this is good because it shows us that
the general snapshot mechanism is operational and that the data
warehouse exists and has at least some data in it.
4. Are there any errors in the server log file that might indicate why
the build snapshot failed?

If you'd like to open a work item in the Reports component, we can
follow up and diagnose there.

Thanks,

I did a lot of builds. The build definitions still exist. I never deleted them. The server is running since several days and I don't see any error in the tomcat log file. But the boxes "Team Area" and "Build Definition" are always empty for "Build Healthy".
