 Hi


I am using CLM iwith IHS configuration and other application Design room one(DR1). When i am trying to integrate by adding the DR1 details in friends Outbound option, getting an error mentioned below:

An error occurred while requesting the root services document from server "https://mgtechlpt56:10101/dr/rootservices". Please check the URL and try again.ID CRJAZ1575E

Anyone suggest me how to fix the issue.

 Hi Manoj,

Can you please ensure that you are using proper URL for accessing the rootservices?

It seems like the context root is not proper i.e dr

 Could it be that during the friend creation the Jazz server tries to read the rootservices document of this DR application and there simply is no such thing?
