Hi Ankit,
If you try to run an xcopy command from the CLI where you started the server, does it result in the same error?
Is this a Windows system? If so, could it be that the 'Path' environment variable does not contain C:\Windows\System32 in it?

Hi Kot,
After latest update to windows it automatically starts working, but unfortunately I ended up landing in some other issue.
After successfully starting CLM server,
when I am trying to run jts/setup it is not getting connected to server.

Hi Kot,
When I run this command from system32 directory it gives me below mentioned output
Invalid number of parameters
0 File(s) copied
but when i run the same command from the server directory of CLM,I ma getting the same error as asked in question
xcopy' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file
Yes I am working on windows system, and I have already checked that probability oif missing entry of system32 directory in path variable.
Waiting for your response with some positive result.
