Data extract for transport to new enviroment including Attachments

Is there a way to export out the data from RTC including it attachments for transport to a new environment that does not have direct connectivity and never will have

Export from 502 and import to 6061 ifix17

Open to all options if this is doable somehow.

What data? EWM/RTC has a dozen different types of data.

If you are only interested in work items and attachments, the work item command line might be an option. That would work across versions.
If you want the whole repository, that will never work across versions, you will have to upgrade the server version before or after

It is possible to clone the server and server rename it in the other environment. I would suggest to contact support for suggestions
It is possible to export/import the database and it is possible to backup the settings to use them to setup a new server and then import the database. Again, I would suggest to check with support if there are concerns.

Thanks Ralph .. option one is the only item that may work for us. The new enviroment is in a protected B space and is a newer version than that of the existing system in protected A so the export tar, or dropping db's on one side and bring up on the on the other was not an option.

Worst case we'll have to move manually. Thanks for your input.
