How to restore deleted module data in DOORS NG?

One of our business users has accidently deleted the values of a specific attribute in a DOORS NG 6.0.5 (no patches) module. Up on accessing the Artifact audit history I do see that there is an option to restore. However, the Restore option is greyed out. Could anyone please advise us on restoring the deleted data in DOORS NG?
