Clear email queue
Our CLM 6.0.4 system has not has connectivity for approx. 4 years, and that connectivity was recently re-established.
Once reconnected, there has been a daily flood of email to all users, most of which is not relevant today. We have tried to clear the backlog, from the users, by "mis" configuring email to go to a non-existent email port for 10 days. But, old email were still sent after the email was directed to the correct port.
Is it possible to clear this email backlog? We would be perfectly happy to dump all old email and start fresh. Is it possible to see the email queue?
