User Build error

First of all, please ask a question next time you post here.
The error message would be different if the build workspace would be private. e.g. "com.ibm.team.build.common.TeamBuildException: CRRTC3529E: The user, build, does not have read access to the workspace with the following UUID: _bao88AJOEeuTyr4XedKPQA."
An JazzAdmin has access to all data, regardless of the access control settings.
Check the Access control settings for the user.
The Admin user could open the project area using https://elm.example.com:9443/ccm/admin#action=com.ibm.team.process.editProjectArea&itemId=_h_pBQL-CEeqJbNzhox7d8g - replace the public URI with yours and replace the UUID with yours. This would allow to check which project are is involved.
