I have read something about the visibility of the workspace...

  1. First of all, please ask a question next time you post here.
  2. The error message would be different if the build workspace would be private. e.g. "com.ibm.team.build.common.TeamBuildException: CRRTC3529E: The user, build, does not have read access to the workspace with the following UUID: _bao88AJOEeuTyr4XedKPQA."
  3. An JazzAdmin has access to all data, regardless of the access control settings.
  4. Check the Access control settings for the user.
  5. The Admin user could open the project area using https://elm.example.com:9443/ccm/admin#action=com.ibm.team.process.editProjectArea&itemId=_h_pBQL-CEeqJbNzhox7d8g - replace the public URI with yours and replace the UUID with yours. This would allow to check which project are is involved.
