JRS DOORS Cross-Project Link Reporting

Is there any special settings required in order to get JRS to report on cross-project links in DOORS Next?

For example I have

Proj01
Proj02

Both projects have identical configurations including artifact and link types and matching URIs for everything

The JRS report scope includes both projects and is reporting on all link types for 1 artifact type SysReq

JRS report will report all internal links incoming and outgoing inside both projects for all SysReqs across both projects in 1 report no problem but does not report any of the inter-project links.

The links show up OK in regular traceability views

702 DCC Data Warehouse (not LQE)

CM is not enabled
