how to deliver a component using a changeset -using java

i need how deliver some components using a changeset -using java code.

So that someone is more likely to be able to help you, let's clarify terminology...

* In DOORS Next, a component is a container for requirement artifacts and the context/boundary for a set of streams and baselines.
* A change set is a collection of changes that are delivered to a stream (and then, optionally, to other streams).

Do you want to ...
A. Deliver a change set to stream?
B. Deliver the entire contents of one stream or baseline to another (using a change set)?
C. Something else
