It looks like the server component for ELM 7.0.2 can be installed on AIX 7.1 or 7.2. (The system requirements obviously depend on which product you are talking about.)

Supported AIX versions

AIX install is similar to Linux install.

I found some specific tips here for AIX in the "Before you begin" section:
