DOORS NG - add Module or Folder name column to Report Builder

Hello, I would need to know if there is any feature of the Report Builder which allows you to add the "Folder" or "Module" column.
My aim is to have a report which also contains the folder or the module where an artifact is located.

For modules, add a traceability relationship for the Requirement to the Module.
In the Data Warehouse, it's an "all link types: to "Collection or Module". The DW includes module views as well, so I suggest you also add a condition on the Module to specify the valid types (excluding Views).
In LQE, it's a "Used by" relationship to "Requirement Collection" (module is a type of collection).
You'll want to make the relationship "Required", or you'll get duplicate results with the base artifacts returned as well.

I'm not aware of a way to include the Folder information in a Report Builder report. I'm not sure whether that data is included in either the Data Warehouse or LQE.
