Restricting visibility of folder and its artifacts in Doors Next Generation
We have a requirement in Doors Next Generation to restrict visibility of folder and its contents to a certain users of the project team, is there any feature to implement this in DNG. We are using version 6.0.6.1.
To be more specific we have 30 users in the projects who have author access to write artifacts but we have a folder with respect to finance data which should be visible to only 5 users out of 30.
Any steps to implement this in DNG.

Hi Rao,
In 6.0.6.1 You are still not able to able to restict visibity of the folders. Summing up, if You are a team member You can see everything.
A clever workaround is to move finance data to other project and connect those two projects together that you can still create traceability links. You add to the new project only those 5 users who can see the confidential data.
