Loss of RQM ClearQuest Bridge functionality after restart

Now in 2.0.0.1
I seem to be able to connect the bridge easy. (Much improved in 2.0.0.1--thanks). When we encounter issues and work with support, they often have us restart RQM. For each version as mentioned above, after a couple of restarts, RQM can no longer create new CQ connections from Add Link.
Anyone else experience this?
