RQM Server Activation key and floating Licenses Consultation

Hello All,

Excuse me to bother you with this consultation. I'm experiencing an issue regarding to Floating Licenses enablement for RQM 2.0.

The maximum number of floating licenses that I can setup is 10. I tested this license file in another installation an give me more than 10 licenses.

Do you know how if there is a way to remove the server activation key and other licenses types configured in order to try to upload again without reinstall the tool (like a reset)?

Thank you in advance for your help!
Best Regards,

Alejandro.

Is the installation that is limiting you to 10 users using a Derby database? If yes this is by design. In order to remove this restriction, reconfigure the server to a non-Derby database.
For a Derby database configuration, note that the maximum number of allowed licensed users is 10. For other databases like DB2, the maximum number of allowed licensed users is 250.
