We use CLM 6061 with Jazz Authorization Server.

How to decrypt jazzop_sso_cookie to read its contents in json.

What information are you hoping to get from decrypting this cookie? The  jazzop_sso_cookie is just a renamed WebSphere LTPA cookie (default cookie name ltpaToken2), so as long as you have the encryption key from ltpa.keys you can decrypt it as shown in this article:
