How to update sandbox with the accepted changes of the repository workspace from the RTC stream?

I'm using RTC 6.0.4 and the Java APIs. I've traversed them to the point that I can identify all incoming change sets and accept these incoming change sets into 'My Repository Workspace' using IWorkspaceConnection.accept, thus, updated the workspace with the latest version of the stream.


Now, I've loaded the components into the local sandbox using ILoadOperation and want to update my sandbox with the incremental changes also.
I need to be able to update the local filesystem with these change sets as well. So I want to take these incoming change sets and update the workspace on my computer's local filesystem with them.

Does anyone know how I can do so with the RTC Plain Java API??
