How to get RM baseline comments in RPE

How can i get comments based on baseline in RPE?I have given comments in baseline 1.0 and added more comments on baseline 2.0.Now i wanted to filter while generating report baseline 1.0 and baseline 2.0 comments.

it is showing 400 error! how to give baseline parametre
