attachment of file in the ALM using cURL tool xml file

its an urgent requirement

i am using cURL command line tool and REST client API

i am able to attach the existing file in the ALM to the new work item using cURL command

can anyone please tell me how to attach the user input file in XML file as an input

i want the xmL File code to attach the user input file
