There is page is called Software lifecycle - IBM Support where You can find all the dates.
For Rational Team Concert 6.0.6.1 there is no information about End of Support
You can check dates of End of Support for v5.0, v4.0, v3.0 and make assumptions.
I think with support for 6.0.6.1 you are safe for next 2 years.

We have not published an end date for 6.0.6.1 yet, and we typically give at least a year's notice.
Note that the form above addresses third-digit releases (6.0.6) but not fourth-digit (6.0.6.1). We recommend all customers plan to move to the latest V6 release (6.0.6.1) or a V7 release (V7.0 became available in March; we are working on 7.0.1 now).
