Hello,

We are Global Congratulation approach for Requirement Management and Quality Management. We are trying to create new report with some testing account we are unable to find any Project area into Limit the scope section.We have added and tried to given report related permissions for that test account in Global Configuration, Requirement Management and Quality Management projects still we are unable to get projects into Limit the scope.


Please suggest any way to access projects areas into JRS.

 Hi Amol,


I suggest to do the following

1) Check if the account you are using to generate / build the report is added to the RM and QM projects
2) Check if the account you are using to generate / build the report is added to the GC project as a contributor.

If it wont help then I suggest checking you data source (Lifecycle Query Engine) 
https://server/lqe/web/admin/data-sources and veryfing if data sources are up to date.
