Can I set the "Restrict Changeset Delivery to Component in a Stream" precondition in a parent project for a component in a child project.

 I am using RTC 6.0.5

I have a parent project sharing its process with 5 child projects.
In one of the child projects the user wants to restrict delivery to a component.
I did this in a test project (not a child project) and used the precondition "Restrict Changeset Deliver to Component in a Stream".  This worked exactly the way I wanted.
When I tried to use this precondition in my child project I did not have any way to locate the stream that contained the component.  I could not find any other way to be able to select the component I wanted.

Is there a way to make this work?
