Tracking when Work items Change iterations

 I would like to run a report and/or queries that shows me which/when work items have been moved/deffered to another time line.

For example: I story was moved from Sprint 2 to Sprint 3 two days before the Sprint 2 ended. I would like to know the Story number and when it was moved.
