Is it possible to select the changesets that will be saved in a component baseline, In RTC?

A team has uploaded its changes in source code during the last sprint. These changes have gone up in different sets of changes. I would like to know if an integrator could select which change sets he wants to save in a baseline. That is, not to save all of them, by default, but to be able to select which ones and which not.

Usually, an integrator is responsible for some stream, the "integration stream", and they would accept the change sets they want into that stream, and then create the baseline on that stream.   If they do not have such a stream, they could just create a repository workspace, accept the appropriate change sets into that workspace, and then baseline the workspace.
