 Please suggest the process to setup integration between IBM SaaS ELM 6.0.6.1 and on-prem ELM 6.0.6.1 applications. 


PS: both the instances are in different networks and using its own LDAP, AD,... etc.

I suggest you direct this question to the hosting team of your IBM SaaS deployment. That team has done this many times, and the detailed answer is specific to which IBM SaaS configuration you are using and your corporate network configuration.
