 In RTC administration there is a tab called "Releases".  What is the attribute that references "Releases" that I can put on a form.

Sean,

If you look in the Defect work item > "Found In" attribute uses the Type "Deliverable" and picks up the Releases.

You can use that attribute or try to create one based from that Type - but I've not tested that.
