Tips for importing a pdf into DNG

Does anyone know the best way to import a pdf into DOORS Next Generation? The two problems I've been getting are :

(a) Lots of the spacing is mishandled, resulting in a very untidy result.

(b) Some of the images don't import at all.

I used Nitro pro to create a Word doc from the pdf and this looks okay but when I import, I get this problem. I've also seen the spacing problem with other docs.

Any tips on how you solved this would be appreciated.

Try this: Open Word 2016 File > Open Open your PDF

I find that word does the best job at converting PDFs to word, I found out just by trying it through frustration in using Adobe, Nitro, etc.
