OSLC response does not contain oslc:queryCapability tag. Is it defect? I am using CLM 6.0.5v.

As per OSLC workshop, I followed all the steps correctly and got response as expected but when I accessed "https:/</server:port>/oslc/context/<projUUID>/workitems/services.xml" url with headers "accept:application/xml" and "OSLC-Core-Version : 2.0". But I do not find <oslc:queryCapability> tag in response xml. Please anybody faced same issue before. Please reply valuable comments
