How do you turn off automatic work item creation in a project template in RTC 6.06

Sean Burke (3789137237) | asked Oct 30 '19, 3:45 p.m.

Everytime a user gets added to an RTC project the template generates work items.  How can this be turned off in a template?

This is a follow up action on accepting Team Invitations I believe.

1. Open project area configuration in Eclipse client
2. Go to Process Configuration > Team Configuration > Operation Behavior > Click on "Accept Team Invitation (client)" which is already configured under Everyone column or similar.
3. Scroll down to where "Preconditions and follow-up actions are configured for this operation" is checked.
4. Remove the follow up action to display work item.

This is the server accept team invitation follow up action that creates the work items.

1. Open project area configuration in Eclipse client
2. Go to Process Configuration > Team Configuration > Operation Behavior > Click on "Accept Team Invitation (server)" which is already configured under Everyone column or similar.
3. Scroll down to where "Preconditions and follow-up actions are configured for this operation" is checked.
4. Remove the follow up action "Create Initial Work Items".
