Any JAVA REST API or RTC plugin or SCM command to call RTC build definition from Jenkins Job?

 I want integrate RTC build definition from Jenkins Jobs or external inetrface like web application or backend?

Is there any way to call RTC build using bellow option:

1. SCM command
2. REST API
3. RTC plugins
