RTC Eclipse client, what does Deliver to Hierarchy mean?

In RTC 6.0.6.1 I was working on some streams and repository workspaces. I noticed - and I had noticed that before, an option to Deliver to Hierarchy as well as an option Accept from Hierarchy and I was not sure what the difference was.

So what is the difference?

Also note that this is available in earlier 6.0.x versions.

Deliver to Hierarchy delivers all change sets for the selected component and its sub component in the repository workspace. Using Deliver only delivers the change sets from the selected component.

Accept from Hierarchy accepts all changes in the in coming flow target for the selected component and all its sub components in the incoming flow target. Using Accept only accepts the incoming changes for the selected component.
